Shopify Store Setup Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the provision of the Shopify Store Setup Service ("Service") by Dogantech LTD ("Dogantech," "we," "our," or "us") to you ("Client" or "you") and constitute a binding agreement between the parties. By purchasing this Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  1. Service Description: Dogantech will provide the Client with a Shopify store setup, which includes the following features, based on the package the client chooses from the three options provided.

    2. Standard Package

      1. Shopify Store Account Setup

      2. Shopify Logo Maker

      3. Page Customisation (Home, About, Product Pages, and 1 Additional Page)

      4. Up to 7 Product Categories

      5. 50 Products or Variants

      6. Payments, Shipping, and Taxes Setup

      7. 3 App or Social Media Platform Integration Setup

      8. Shopify Theme Templates

      9. Terms and Conditions Pages

      10. Email and Video Call Support

      11. 3 Months Post Deployment Support

    3. Premium Package

      1. Shopify Store Account Setup

      2. Designer Made Logo

      3. Page Customisation (Home, About, Product Pages, and 2 Additional Pages)

      4. Up to 10 Product Categories

      5. 200 Products or Variants

      6. Payments, Shipping, and Taxes Setup

      7. SEO Optimisation

      10. Theme Customisations (subject to limitations)

  2. Client's Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the setup promptly. This includes the logo files, content for the basic pages, product details, and any other relevant information deemed necessary for the successful completion of the Service.

  3. Fees and Payments: The Client shall pay the agreed-upon fees for the Service as stated in the proposal or invoice. Payments shall be made according to the terms specified. Dogantech retains the right to suspend or terminate the Service if any payments are overdue.

  4. Intellectual Property Rights: The Client retains all intellectual property rights to the content and materials provided for the Shopify store setup. Dogantech does not claim ownership over the Client's logo, content, or other materials.

  5. Limitation of Liability: Dogantech shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Shopify store or Service. The total liability of Dogantech, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the Service.

  6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all non-public information exchanged during the Service setup confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

  7. Refund Policy:

    1. Eligibility:

      1. Full Refund: The Client may claim a full refund of the purchase amount within one week (7 days) of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, the Client must not have used or deployed the website setup provided by Dogantech.

      2. Partial Refund: In the event that the Client is not happy with the service, and the website has not been deployed or made public, Dogantech will offer a partial refund of 20% of the purchase amount.

      3. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not applicable once the website setup has been deployed or made public by the Client, or if the Client fails to provide the necessary information or materials required for the service within a reasonable time frame.

    2. Refund Request Procedure: To initiate a refund request, the Client must contact Dogantech's customer support at [Contact Email Address] within the specified refund period. The refund request will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

    3. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

    4. Termination of Service: Upon a successful refund, the Client agrees to cease using any services or materials provided by Dogantech for the Shopify Store Setup Service.

  8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision herein. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any completed work and outstanding fees.

  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Dogantech and the Client concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
